Verizon Test Drive offers free 5G for 30 days with an eSIM

With Verizon Test Drive, you may test out 5G for free for a period of 30 days using an eSIM — Where to begin with your Google Pixel device

Verizon has been a major player in the cellular networking industry for a very long time; but, in recent years, a number of smaller companies that offer lower prices have emerged on the market and have become more enticing.

In an effort to show customers what they are missing out on, Verizon is launching a new program called Test Drive that will allow users to test out 5G on a trial basis for free.

There is a solid reason why Verizon’s name is almost always mentioned in conjunction with 5G technology whenever the topic is brought up. Verizon has one of the most expensive networks with 5G, which enables them to provide a significant number of people with speedier service in their respective locations.

There are, of course, a variety of different types of 5G, some of which are superior in particular contexts, such as C-band and the signal strength it possesses indoors.

In addition to this, it is important to note that depending on the model and service provider, certain Google Pixel phones only offer a single type of 5G connectivity.

Test Drive is a new initiative that Verizon is offering to users in order to help advance the 5G standard. The service enables users to test out Verizon’s network coverage for a whole month without having to pay anything.

Although we are familiar with trial periods, there is something really different about this one. By utilizing the eSIM standard, Verizon is streamlining the process of signing up for a trial period and reducing customer friction.

Users will only need to scan a QR code in order to use the Test Drive software provided by Verizon in order to get started with the program. From that point on, they will have an easier time operating on the Verizon network.

You may, of course, select which card is used for the network and which card is used for calling and texting when you have both a physical SIM and an eSIM inserted alongside each other alongside your primary eSIM.

If you provide your information for the Test Drive program, Verizon will likely have the opportunity to market to you in the future; therefore, you should be aware of this potential outcome.

You should also be aware that if you are already a customer of Visible, you cannot sign up for the service because you are already using Verizon’s network to some degree.

Test Drive is an excellent opportunity to try out Verizon’s 5G network for a month if you are truly interested in using it. If you are interested, you can sign up for it here.

Verify that you are still using your personal number by going to the settings page for your SIM card and confirming that you are still using it. If you do not do this, you will likely miss critical calls and OTPs.
